Healthy Chicken and Steak Fajita

We love homemade fajita, since we can control the amount of salt and tailor the ingredients to our taste. Fajita is a great meal for group gathering on a fly.

Grilled chicken and steak

Grill a couple pieces of chicken breast and steak after you marinated with your choice of herbs and spices. Then sliced them lengthwise after they rested! If you have a large number of dinners, just add more meat pieces to cook.

Vegetables and Other Choices

Stir fried sweet bell peppers of green, red, and orange
Cut up different sweet peppers: green, red, and orange and quickly stir fried them with onion. Add a little salt and black pepper to taste.

We offer different fresh herbs: cilantro, mint, and basil, along with grilled corned, chopped up tomato, lime wedges and lettuce.

Wrap Them Up

Warm up your tortillas before serving, and offer shredded cheese, guacamole, and salsa sauce! Fill in your choices of meat, vegetables, and sauce.
