Build Up Your Immune System With a Pot Of Broth

Around here, we are going into colder temperature, and it is time to build your immune system to stay stray from the cold the flu!

I cook all my meal with added herbs and spices. Ginger, garlic, lemongrass, and onion are the common ingredients in my dishes.

If you are fond of having soup on chilly days, make a pot of soup with the ingredients below to boost up your immune system:
Broth
  • Cabbage-(it increases your body's ability to fight infection)
  • Shiitake mushrooms-(contain vitamins and minerals to help your immune function)
  • Any type of seaweed-(seaweed cleanses the body)
  • Any type of squash
  • Carrots
  • Fresh ginger slices-(ginger helps your digestion)
  • Oregano
  • Onion
If you don't like eating it as soup, then just make a pot to use as broth. Drink it every few days to build a strong and healthy immune system.
