Grill a couple pieces of chicken breast and steak after you marinated with your choice of herbs and spices. Then sliced them lengthwise after they rested! If you have a large number of dinners, just add more meat pieces to cook.

A tray of grilled corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and herbs |

This meal is light on your budget, with healthy fresh vegetables, herbs, and you can substitute or add to your protein choices of shrimp or whatever you fancy!
