My son has three soccer games this weekend, and playing in the Waterfront Soccer Tournament, so we have no time for cooking. His game began at 5:30 PM, so he must be fed by 3:30, and one of his favorite things to eat is Mrs. T's mini periogies with potatoes and cheddar cheese filling.

I love those things :) The perfect quick and filling meal.

ReplyDeleteThis is a food that is so spectacular that you don't have to add too much... butter and green onions... yum!

ReplyDeletei am not so much a fan of periogies, but this this one you made it soooo tempting Icy, I can have some :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks really good! We love Mrs. T's, too. =9
ReplyDeleteThey look delicious. I have tried Mrs. T's periogies in awhile, I'll have to add them to my grocery list.
ReplyDeleteThey sound really good - and quick. When I was working at SF General, there was a place that sold them ( not to the public, really ) but we could get them for $1 each if we bought a dozen at a time. There were three or four different kinds, frozen ( the large size ). They were absolutely fabulous, heated quickly in the microwave but they were not low cal, believe me!
ReplyDeleteQuick, tasty and healthy, just the thing to eat before a big match!
ReplyDeleteIcy, I'll be away for a while. I'll see you when I get back.
The food all looks wonderful. I'm wondering what I will find in my freezer tonight! I'm your newest follower and hope you will follow my blog, too. Thanks!
