This is really a different and simple way to cook noodle in a bag, such as Ramen noodles. For us, we always have a box of Kung Fu Noodles on hand for emergency days, or for a quick lunch.
Stir Fried Vegetables
Protein items can be anything, from fish balls like we have here, or sliced beef, chicken, pork pieces to fresh shrimps. As for vegetables, you can just use whatever you have in your refrigerator.
Quick and Easy Stir Fried Noodles Lunch
Steps to cook this quick and easy stir fried noodle:
- Take noodle out of the bag, and put in a bowl
- Soak the noodle until it is soft enough
- While waiting for the noodle, cut up your vegetables to bite sizes
- Add some cooking oil in a skillet and wait for it to heat up
- Stir fried fish balls (or beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp)
- Add your vegetables and cook until tender
- Drain your noodle
- Add to skillet with its own seasoning mix from the bag
- Quickly stir them all up
- Serve hot with a bit of fresh lemon/lime squeeze over the food, (optional)
