Grilled Chicken
My oldest son came home just right in time when I needed someone around as my back became stiffed and painful to move around. He took over the kitchen and grocery duties for me straight away.
He marinated the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and fresh frig of rosemary over night, and grilled them the next day. Then he brush on Famous Dave sweet and spice barbecue sauce at the end.
Grilled Corn
Going along with the grilled chicken, he also grilled some corn ears with just a brush of butter all over. We usually don't add any salt or black pepper as we like the natural taste of fresh corn.
Note--I used the left over chicken to make my Vietnamese Cole Slaw, by removed the skin, and shredded up the chicken breast.

ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful. I've been seeing grilled corn all over the place here in India but haven't had any yet. It's for sale on the highways, at the malls, etc...people have their little charcoal grills out and cook the corn right on the spot.
