Leek and Other Sweet Peppers
Ingredients:
To make a meal out of this leek salad, I quickly stir fried some shrimp to top my salad. You can also substitute shrimp with chicken or other meat of your choice or just serve the leek as a side dish after pouring the dressing sauce over it and mix well.

I love the shrimp accompaniment. This would be my choice as well, Icy. It sounds fantastic and looks great too. A large part of eating comes from the appearance of the food, and this one certainly has my vote.
ReplyDeletelooking so good, Icy, love it
