Honey Glazed Carrot and Steak

For Valentine dinner, I made honey glazed carrot for the first time, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to do. You will need just a few things below:

  • Peel carrot, chopped to bite sizes, and cooked until tender
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Melt the butter in a sauce pan, mixed in your honey, lemon juice and cooked carrot pieces to coat them evenly; then served.

My son went shopping and found this heart shaped steak, and he grilled it for us! He braved the snow up to his knee and the cold to actually grilled it outside.

The heart shaped steak after grilling turned into look-a-like butterfly! It was quite amazing to see the transformation!
